No Cap Counseling
Real Talk. Real Support. Real Change.

Helping teens feel seen, heard, and understood.
At No Cap Counseling, we believe every teen deserves a space where they can be completely real—no filters, no masks, no cap. Founded by a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience, our mission is to help young people navigate life’s hardest moments with the guidance and support they need to grow stronger and more confident.
Having worked extensively with at-risk youth and their families in a variety of settings, we understand how overwhelming it can be to face anxiety, depression, peer pressure, identity issues, or trauma. We’re here to create a safe, judgment-free zone where teens can work through their challenges with honesty, courage, and clarity. Virtual sessions mean help is always just a click away.
Therapy that speaks your language
Navigating adolescence isn’t easy—and no one should have to do it alone. At No Cap Counseling, we specialize in helping teens work through the unique stressors and emotional struggles of today’s world. Whether your teen is dealing with mental health issues, substance abuse, behavioral issues, or just needs someone to talk to, we’re here to help.
Individual Adult & Teen Counseling
A safe, one-on-one virtual space where teens can explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. We focus on building trust and empowering them with tools to manage emotions and make healthy choices.
Family Counseling
Sometimes the best healing happens together. We work with families to rebuild communication, strengthen relationships, and foster understanding between parents and teens.
Competency Evaluations & Assessments
What is the juvenile competency law in Michigan?
Sec. 1062. (1) A juvenile 10 years of age or older is presumed competent to proceed unless the issue of competency is raised by a party. A juvenile less than 10 years of age is presumed incompetent to proceed.
